LOAD INFORMATION:

Stop-off pay - $30 after first

RIDER POLICY:
Spouse or member of immediate family, 12 years or older, 90 days from Equipment assignment. ($15 per month)

LAYOVER PAY:
$50/Single $75/Team after 48 hours

401K PLAN:
After one year, upon enrollment you may contribute up to 18% of wages, tax-deferred.

VACATION:
One week at one year, two weeks at two years - based on previous 52. Week average earnings, up to $750
